This paper delves into the integration of AI-powered Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and chatbots within the telecommunications sector, focusing on how these technologies are revolutionizing troubleshooting processes. AI-driven IVR and chat solutions represent a significant advancement from traditional systems, leveraging sophisticated algorithms and machine learning techniques to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of customer support interactions. The integration of these AI technologies is not merely a matter of automation but signifies a profound shift towards more responsive, personalized, and efficient customer service.
