Abstract

Fault detection and recovery are critical aspects of ensuring the robustness and reliability of robotic systems in real-world scenarios. Various approaches, including sensor-based methods, model-based methods, and hybrid techniques, are discussed in detail, highlighting their strengths and limitations. Additionally, the paper explores the challenges and future directions in the field of fault detection and recovery in robotics, with a focus on emerging technologies and trends.
